My name is Jazzy and I am from Whapmagoostui.  I have a sweet personality so that should be a guarantee that I will grow up to be a friendly, obedient, and well-adjusted dog, right?  WRONG!  The truth is Animatch can only guess at what kind of adult dog I will be.  This is where my future family comes in.  Most important is the time and energy that my family is prepared to invest.    Many humans seem to feel that love is all that it takes; it does, in abundant amounts, but equally important is exercise (physical and mental) and training.  

Terriers have a way of stealing hearts, so be prepared to fall hard when you meet me.  Close your eyes and visualize me walking proudly by your side as we stroll through the neighbourhood.  We can be that human and dog that are totally in sync – you know the kind of partnership that everyone dreams of. I’m smart as could be and I love working for treats, so learning new things will be fun!  Sign us up for training and let’s get started.

Now I’m all terrier all of the time, so couch potatoes are not for me.  Lots of walking, hiking, and when I’m old enough, jogging.  If you have always wanted to try your hand at agility or other dog sport, I would be a willing and capable participant.  I get along with other dogs but can be a little rough in my play.  Just don’t ask me to live with a cat!  I could share my space with respectful children who are dog savvy.  

Like many terriers, I absolutely adore the sound of my voice.  I tend to vocalize when a stranger approaches, when the doorbell rings, when an errant squirrel is on my territory, or when a leaf falls.  You get the picture – no condos or apartments for this gal.
