Having a baby is life-changing – in a good way but also with regard to the work involved.  Getting a puppy is an undertaking not to be taken lightly – joyful moments are plentiful but so is the work involved.  Animatch’s advice – not to be done at the same time!  There are some families who manage but they are few and far between as you have probably noted in many of our surrenders over the years.  By no means are the people who admit to the mistake bad people.  We respect that they brought their puppy to a safe place and didn’t try to get a quick fix to the error in judgment by advertising as “free to good home”.

Reha is an amazing dog and you can tell that she has known love.  Because she is a high energy puppy, Animatch wanted her to have some one-on-one attention.  In stepped one of our experienced Foster Moms.  Reha’s Foster Mom confirms that she is a precious girl who will make the right family extremely happy.  And as an added bonus, if you have always wanted a dog who likes to cuddle up beside you -- in fact, she is an expert at spooning -- Reha is the one!

Reha is shy when first meeting people but no one is a stranger for long – within minutes she is all fun and games.  She absolutely adores her canine foster siblings and might enjoy another dog in the home; one who can keep up with her.  With either Brittany or Springer Spaniel possibly in her mix, you can count on her not being a dog who will lay by the fireside – unless she is tired from a busy day.  Long walks, hikes, dog sports, would go a long way to making her life fun.  Training would be highly recommended in order to make your time together pleasant – walking on leash, keeping all fours on the ground, and recall are all important.  With her awesome personality and her joyful demeanor, this dog is an absolute sweetheart.
