My name is Random and although I may well have a sketchy history, I prefer to think that adds a touch of mystery to my past.  What you really must know is that you won’t find a more loving dog.  In fact, I spent a week with one of the Volunteers where I acquired a taste of what it is like to share my life with a real family – I like it and that’s exactly what I want.  A family who will commit to me – through thick and thin – for my entire life.

I get along amazingly with other dogs; a canine companion would be fun.  I even met my foster family’s cats and guess what …. they are fascinating little critters.  I could handle one of those in my home too.  Insofar as kids are concerned, I really would prefer a low traffic home with adults.  I have some insecurities and I need a calm and peaceful environment without too much hubbub.

In my week with my Foster family, I learned that going for walks is a blast.  Within a week, I learned that pulling and zigzagging, does not make for a pleasant outing.  I was getting better everyday; I could tell because they kept calling me a “good boy”.  I am happy to greet the four-legged and two legged appropriately.   Of course, we can fine tune everything by taking obedience training.  

By the way, I do enjoy a good car ride; I am quiet and chill -- just happy to be with my humans.  I would like to be with a family where I am not along the entire day but I can be trusted to be alone for a few hours without any problems.  You must ensure that I have enough exercise as I am still an adolescent.  

My absolute favorite way to end a busy day is to have a good cuddle.  You won’t meet a more thankful dog than me.  If you have what it takes to make me the love of your life, then by all means fill in the Application Form.  I can’t wait to meet you.
