Backyard and commercial breeders have not got the memo yet that the pandemic is over.  Time to slow it down; maybe even stop completely!  The shelves are full.  The laws don’t ban them so the only way to stop this senseless abuse of dogs is to STOP BUYING.  Rogan is one of three pups found abandoned on a road by Animal Control.  They were all brought to Animatch and Rogan is the only one that is left for adoption.

What he lacks in training and manners he more than makes up for in the cuteness factor.  Best guess is that he is some kind of “doodle”.  He gets along well with other dogs but it would need to be a tolerant dog who can put up with an annoying adolescent brother.  Older children would suit him best as he has not mastered the art of keeping all fours firmly planted on the ground.  Nothing some training and a few liver treats can’t fix.  

Rogan needs a family who is prepared to make up for lost time.  He is more than capable of learning how to walk on leash, respond to various commands, and be an awesome addition to a family.  All he needs is a steadfast human who understands all about commitment.
