I’m tall, dark, and handsome …. and my name is Noah. I was transferred to Animatch from Thailand, another place that has too many dogs and not enough homes. Life has not always been kind to me but I am grateful to the awesome rescue, Happy Tails Sanctuary Koh Samui Thailand. They kept me safe at their shelter until they were able to send me to a rescue that would have a better chance of finding me a home.
Did you know that black dogs (especially big black dogs) are the last ones to be adopted? What’s with that? A black dog is just as affectionate, loyal and trustworthy as a white, brown or yellow dog! Adopt me, I’ll prove it.
Animatch was told that I was a fun and loving dog that enjoys long walks and games. They added that I could chew up a toy in no time; sturdy kongs or nylabones would be great. I was also known as a sock thief, so beware. They mentioned that I am super smart and the fact that I am a foodie means that I will work even harder for a treat. They also said that although all I have known is shelter life, I am more than ready to take the next step.
Truthfully, since arriving I regressed a little – new country, new people, new dogs. That’s a lot for a guy to go through within a few days. But the softness in my shiny eyes will tell you that I just need someone to trust. I need to find my safe place.
So, why don’t you be the one to show people that black dogs have the same heart, the same affectionate nature, and the same love of a good beef treat, as our blonde buddies. I’m counting on you to see the beauty and lovability that others might miss. I’m waiting, so let’s get this show on the road.
I am just a wonderful fellow who could use some love and a place to call home. Fill in the Application Form and ask for Noah.
Please note that due the volume of applications, we are unable to respond to all applicants and ONLY those being considered will be contacted. We thank you for your understanding. The adoption application link is posted below and the adoption process is outlined on the website. Animatch asks that you read the Adoptee’s bio in its entirety before applying to ensure you meet the requirements for the dog.
