You win some, you lose some!  It doesn’t seem like luck has been on my side recently.  I am one of those unclaimed strays, fresh from Animal Control.  The people at Animatch much prefer to call us unclaimed treasures.  Don’t expect a poor me kind of tale; I am happy to get a crack at a family that actually cares what happens to me.

I’m nothing if not resilient!  And of course, sweet, loyal, and very affectionate.  If a people-focused pooch is what you’re after, then I am your girl.  Nothing floats my boat like hanging out with my human.  You will really like my sleek no-fuss fur and of course you know that black goes with absolutely everything.  In fact, expect to hear a lot of compliments on your new dog.

Being a Lab mix means that I am not looking for a couch potato.  You know that I will need plenty of walks and playtime.  You can throw in some training and games to keep this brain active too.  I don’t mean to be dramatic but a dog – even an adult dog – can be hard work, especially at the beginning.  Don’t worry, if Animatch chose you as my new guardian it’s because they have faith that you can do it.  Don’t disappoint them.
