My name is Lucky but I’m not feeling it!  Sadly, my canine brother and I were given up because of a death in the family.  Animatch has a special place in their heart for senior dogs and took us both in.  

Once you see my adorable face and soft, loving eyes, you will be swept off your feet.  You will like that I am mature and well past all those puppy shenanigans.  No chewing on your shoelaces, no destroying furniture, no digging holes in the garden.  In fact, I’ll gladly sit quietly beside you while you have that second cup of coffee.  

It think I would get along with older, respectful children that know proper small dog etiquette (not the grabby hands kind).  Same with other dogs, I must be treated with respect so calm and gentle would be perfect.  Actually, I am just longing for the security and stability that I recently lost.  Once I feel safe and secure, I will open my heart and show my appreciation.

Don’t think because I’m a senior I will be content to just sit around and sleep most of the day.  I truly enjoy going for long walks and I will make you proud with my leash manners.  So, do you have room in your heart and a spot on your lap for me?  I can’t wait to meet you, so please fill in an application and ask for Lucky.
