Did you hear? Big news at Animatch. Jethro here is available for adoption. I’m a two-year-old fellow from Whapmagoostui and I’m a catch! I don’t want to toot my own horn, but I am one hunk of a dog.
I’ve heard some of the Volunteers describe me as “a dog who needs to learn manners!”. I prefer to say that I’m simply exuberant and fun-loving. Now don’t expect the leash walking to be perfect or the recall to be top of the line just yet. My roommates woof that obedience training is apparently the fix for dogs who are a little rough around the edges. You’ll never find a guy more food motivated than me, so this ought to be easy.
I could most likely share my home with a well-matched female doggy friend. For now, going to the dog park or similar environments might be more than I can handle. As for those feline critters, I say they are for chasing so best you have none.
I can’t wait to find myself a ball throwing, can opening, treat dispensing human of my very own. My dream home would be one with outdoorsy humans who are looking to include me in their daily life. I don’t need to check out your pedigree, bank account, or credit rating. I just need to know that you will commit to love and care for me until the end of my life.
I have a crusty scar on my head that required a little attention from the Vet. I have some medicated cream that should prevent any infection. Although, the scar may never disappear completely, it serves to remind me of my past life.
If you are the person to give me love, guidance, commitment, and a steady supply of beef treats, I promise you my undying loyalty and devotion. Fill in the on-line application and ask for Jethro! Now I’ll just sit and wait for my soul mate to march through the Animatch doors.
Please note that due the volume of applications, we are unable to respond to all applicants and ONLY those being considered will be contacted. We thank you for your understanding. The adoption application link is posted below and the adoption process is outlined on the website. Animatch asks that you read the Adoptee’s bio in its entirety before applying to ensure you meet the requirements for the dog.
