A Standard Dachshund Male named Stretch

Stretch is presently Adopted

A human friend is what Stretch longs for most!  Stretch is a one-year-old, Standard Dachshund, who loves human attention and laps up as much as he can get.  And no wonder.  Before coming to Animatch, Stretch was found tied up in a park with no identification tags on him.  This fun loving boy sees this as just a bump in the road for him and he is more than ready to hang out with his new human.  Stretch gets very excited about going for walks; he will need plenty of exercise.  He does need to learn how to walk on leash without pulling and, of course, his basic commands.  Stretch’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious and he will bring a smile to his new best friend’s face.  Stretch needs a home where he is not alone all day.  Since Dachshunds are hunting dogs, a fenced yard would be ideal.  Could you use a little more fun in your life?  Stretch is ready for a person that he can call his own and gives him the life that he deserves.  Please fill in the Adoption Form if you would like to adopt Stretch.
