A Border Collie-X Female named Bobépine

Bobépine is presently Adopted
Bobépine is a stunning, 4-year-old, Border Collie-X, who is a photographer’s dream—a supermodel This high energy girl’s best friend is her ball or frisbee, so an active family is needed for her. Bobépine and her sister/littermate, *Toscane, were given up because their family had no time for them. They spent four months at the SPA in Trois-Rivieres but were passed over. Although the SPA were trying to place them together; we know that it is very difficult to place one dog, let alone two. So, if they must now part ways, they will survive. The shelters and pounds across Quebec and North America are taking dogs in daily, but we cannot just provide rescue we must give dogs like Bobépine and Toscane an opportunity at finding their forever home where they can express their loyalty, devotion and love. Hopefully, they are both on their way to better times very soon. Bobépine is now with Alain Bonneau and Virginie Forest at F.I.C. (Ecole de Formation Intervenants Canins). Like all Border Collies, she loves a challenge and is enjoying the training and activities provided. If you would like to adopt Bobépine, then please fill in the Adoption Form.
Results of a blood test have indicated that Bobépine tested positive for Lyme Disease. Lyme Disease is transmitted by ticks; dogs don’t get it from other dogs or humans. Many dogs, like Bobépine, who test positive, show no signs of the disease. Although Alain and Virginie will keep a close eye on her; she may never develop any symptoms. The most common symptoms of the disease are fever and joint pain (limping). The good news is that Lyme Disease is treatable. Bobépine is a sweet and loving dog who deserves a chance to feel loved and wanted despite this recent discovery. Animatch is committed to finding Bobépine her forever home.
* Photos and bio for Toscane coming soon.

What a beautiful dog!!!! I love collies and this one is gorgeous! I wish u the best!
Oh Bobepine, I would love you…you remind me of my baby BC ...who is now 12 yrs old
, if she wasn’t a senior, I would take you. But for anyone interested, please know that BC’s are energetic and require a lot of stimulation, if not, they can become a little neurotic. But if you have the commitment and time, these dogs are so worth it for their intelligence and devotion. Good luck sweetie…hugs.
good luck girls .. I wish you the best
