Sadie is doing so well

Hi everyone! Happy New Year. Sadie has been in her forever home for a year now and she is doing so well. She loves her daily runs in our wooded area—she absolutely loves the snow (see pictures).She also learned to like the water this past summer. At first she was not the least bit interested in dipping her toes in the St Lawrence but as the summer wore on and with a gentle persuasion after watching my golden romp in the waves, she reached the point of jumping in up to her belly. She has not quite grasped the art of paddling but loves it now. Our runs are off leash but she also does very well on leash—her previous owners taught her well. I am a SPCA foster mom for mom’s and newborn kittens and Sadie is my helper to get them socialized to people and dogs. From day one she was wonderful with my grandson who is now 4 years old. I feel so lucky to have her.

We have a brand new dog park here in Brockville and I am trying to get them to put up a bulletin board so I can advertise for you. I tell everyone but pictures are everything.
