Maggie’s DNA Results

So….as it turns out, our Animatch dog Maggie isn’t a Spaniel mix, as everyone who’s met her thinks! According to DNA My Dog, Maggie is a Basset Hound mix. We double checked with them and they said they found no Spaniel DNA in her at all. There you go….

Amazing! Even though her body is a little long, I would have never guessed. Just goes to show you, it’s only a guess! Thanks for sharing.

That’s pretty incredible! She’s for sure the fastest Bassett Hound I’ve ever seen. Thanks for doing the test and letting us know.

Wow!! It is so hard to believe. I thought for sure she had spaniel in her. Either way, she is a beauty!! Now, I think she would love the company of our Julio who is new at the center. They would look great together. One for each of you to bring to the M&G’S in Pte. Claire!!!!!!!!!!

Wow Julio and Maggie look very very similar. Maybe they’re from the same litter? We’ll be sure to drop by one of the Meet & Greets.

I will be at Centennial Park on Oct. 2nd. Don’t know until Friday nite which doggies we will be bringing though.
