Kody
Mom wanted to take a picture when I first jump from the trailer to the landing but I just wanted to have my picture taken
I waited until she put the camera down then I jumped. Mom says I am a gem just like Debbie said I was !!!
Hope all my furbuddies at Animatch get to have their very own people family - it’s a blast !!!

Wow, Kody…You look right at home in your beautiful trailer! I think that Kody won the lottery in the “very own people family” department! Have a fantastic life little munchkin…you deserve it!
Hi Debbie: I figured you’d be the first to comment
Kody is such a little sweetheart - there are no words to describe him. He has learned so much - he’s like a sponge. He now asks to go outside for poddy - can climb steps and believe this or not, is no longer afraid to cross the threshold of a door. I can sweep the floor and wash it and it’s okay with my little man. He watches my every move but trusts me enough not to run away. Over the weekend I though he would wear out his little nose smelling everything at camp ground. He was okay with everyone who visited us EXCEPT for one man who had a baseball cap and was wearing sunglasses. If my little man would have been a larger furbaby Mr. Gagnon would have been real scared. Kody growled - barked ( first time I heard him bark cute little bark) and charged him. Yep, all 3.5 lbs of him. We picked him up and told him no that it was not an appropriate behavior - calmed him down but Kody kept an eye on him at all times. Today, Mr. Gagnon came and to say goodbye without his hat but with sunglasses and got the same reaction from Kody. Weird isn’t it ?
We just love him to pieces.
Hello! That one’s great!
3.5 lbs…OMG, that is like 26 ZOEY’s!!! Kody has come a along way in just one week! Imagine the potential! Yes, doggies can have some “weird” fears and fixations, (I guess what seems weird to us, is very clear in their heads tho!)
Glad that everything is going so well…it’s your AURA, I am sure!
Debbie: Go check below I have a picture of Kody & Camy together when Camy was showing Kody how to jump from trailer to landing. She did it two times, the third time Kody did it all by himself !!! But not before I took his pic
I love him, Camy’s mom, he is such a handsome boy and a real character it seems! Who knows what can set them off, but at least they show their true feelings and although it could be embarassing and a mystery to us, we should still respect them. I recently discovered Belle bares her teeth when she isn’t sure about things. A little scary, but then I just go slow and show her she is getting her face washed every day! (id your mom do that to you, and nearly scrape your face off and suffocate you at the same time? Yuck! I miiiiighhhhttt have been just a little like that, so now I’m learning to take my time. Even Maeggi has started to lean in and enjoy the more gentle approach!! For poor Mr. Gagnon, I hope he is a good sport.
His “offense” could be anything from the soap he used to his posture, so good luck with teaching your big, little guy to take it easy on him! LOL I can’t wait to hear those stories!!
Mr. Gagnon is a nice person he’s our front neighbor at campground. Next year, we shall try again - we are making progress with leash walking so that next summer we can have good walks and show off Kody. Meanwhile, we are running to and from the Vet with Camy. She is having problems eating - she was a nibbler before but now we almost have to push food down her throat. She has lost weight - smells the food but is not interested she knows her meds are in there and refuses to eat. So it’s back to square one: vets are saying ‘’ get food into her by any means - even if it requires human food.’’ So, I boiled a chicken - took the skin away and fed her tonite - she ate somewhat - Kody was like a Mexican Jumping Bean wanting to taste - like he was saying, ‘’ let me try, let me try - I’m willing bring it here Mom - look I am here ‘’ too funny our little man. Now, if Camy can keep the food inside I will sleep a bit better tonite. Just don’t know how a furbaby can get sick so quickly !!! Camy and Kody are best of friends - they are learning to play together without Kody running over Camy yep all 3.5 lbs of him… little man is at times in a BIG hurry. He is also very jealous - wants all of the attention and caresses - will cut into the others when we try to pet either Belle or Camy. Belle puts him in his place but heck, he luvs to be touched and goes rite back into the mellé.
Will keep u guys posted on Camy it’s now 12:21 and I am working tomorrow - hugs to your furbabies - Lily
Pretty cute!
Yes, indeed he is !!! Cannot for the life of me understand why he was given up BUT WE ARE HAPPY that whoever gave him up DID ! Such a sweet sweet little man.
