He brings us lots of joy

Hi Helen and Volunteers who know Finnegan, He is doing very well. It has been three years in December that he joined our family. He is so different than our female retriever X. He is now standing his ground with her which is good for both of them. They still like rough-housing with each other, especially when visitors arrive.

You may not know but he and Kallie are both furry volunteers at the Ste-Anne Veteran’s Hospital. He is more a dog-dog then a people-dog but he is warming up to his role at the hospital.

We often go walking on the hospital grounds. Whenever we pass MacDonald farm and the cows are grazing they come “running” over. Finnie alternates between nosing them and barking as he tries to round them up.

He brings us lots of joy. We are so grateful that Joanne Parker “matched” us up three years ago. Whenever someone mentions dog adoption I say “Animatch”. Keep up the good work.
