Happy Holidays! from Chica and Zeus

Hi everyone,

Happy Holidays from our family to yours! when we adopted Chica last December, Carl and i never thought we would ever be able to get her to sit and stay let alone sit and stay next to another dog but here she is one year later sitting and staying next to her “brother.” This is Zeus aka “Big Boy” ‘s first Christmas with us and although he’s eaten all the candy canes off our tree as far up as he can reach, we are thrilled to have him!

Love the comment about the candy canes. These two look like they are just waiting to see what Christmas brings. Just goes to show what patience, love and determination can do in bringing a dog around to being a lovable part of the family and knowing where he/she belongs and is loved.

They look like an old married couple. Zeus smiling and Chica waiting for Zeus to make a wrong move. I love seeing pics of these two. Hope Santa is good to Chica and Zeus!

Although Olive never got to meet cutie Chica…she did meet Zeus and loved him alot!!

Thank you everyone! I’m sure the only thing Zeus is guarding are the remaining candy canes . i have made a mental note not to put any next year, there are wrappers everywhere And Santa… well Santa has gone a wee bit crazy this year and i’m sure on Christmas day that there will be toys and fluffy stuffing EVERYWHERE!
