Happy Canada Day from Taiga!

Taiga has settled in with us so nicely. She is a wonderful addition to our family. My two sons love her and Molly, our Golden puppy is so excited to have a big sister to run and wrestle with. We could not have asked for a more perfect match and we look forward to many years of love and fun with Taiga. Thank you Animatch!

Once again, I am admitting publicly that I have favorites. I know as a volunteer, that I’m not supposed to and I try very hard but some of them just touch me more than others. Taiga was one of them for me. What a lovely dog. Thank you for the update from her. If you have any photos of her that you could send, we’d love for everyone to see how well she is doing?

I thought I had attached a photo, lol! I’ll have to try again. She is amazing. The first evening we thought we might have some work ahead of us to teach her her commands because she wouldn’t do anything we asked. Then my 8 yo son said maybe since she came from Quebec, she’s French. And he was right! As soon as we gave a command in French she obeyed immediately. She is now officially a bilingual dog.
