Christmas News from Buddy (aka Patchy)

Hi all. My vigil under the giftless Christmas tree paid off. Once the auspicious occasion arrived, the gifts had magically appeared under the tree on Christmas Eve! Catherine needed my help in unwrapping the gifts. I unwrapped her gifts, Dave’s gifts, Kyra’s gifts, and of course my own! I then handed her the paper so that she could do the recycle thing that humans do. Kyra has ‘her people’ to the unwrapping of gifts for her, and I have now taken over that responsibility! Am I great or what??!! Anyway, I got some fabulous stuff, toys, balls, special treats and all sorts of things I would like, but the most fun was helping my beloved Catherine in keeping things neat and tidy by unwrapping and then handing her the torn gift wrapping to dispose with! Don’t let it be known, but she actually let me have a piece of carrot and turkey the next day!!!!! Christmas was really, really good! Hugs to you all, my Animatch family!
